PROCESSING, SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We understand shopping online can be fun and exciting yet also difficult, so we strive to make it easy for you:
*Processing – Branded T-shirt and other brand logo items may take up to 3-5 business days for processing and shipping time. Other Fashion and Home Interior items may take up to 10 - 15 days though select items (which will be noted in product description) may take longer.
*Shipping – All United States/US orders are shipped via USPS. Please use for shipping estimate to your international locale.
*Exchanges – We strive to provide as much detail regarding sizing. Please note each description before you order for your convenience. We will happily exchange any unused item within 30 days of your package receipt. If sizing is the error you will have to pay to ship it back as well as for your return item, so consider gifting it to another woman or young girl and help spread the message and make someone else feel WORTHY. If we made an error (damaged or defective item) we will replace the item and cover shipping cost.
NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Worthy Chic E-Gift Card. All items with prices ending in $ .00, .13 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive credit in the form of a Worthy Chic E-Gift Card, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Worthy Chic reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Sale or stale items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
- Worthy Chic does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email email@example.com for assistance.)
- Return packages must include a completed return information and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return information is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing.)
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office or to any employee or partner of Worthy Chic.
Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Worthy Chic will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Worthy Chic E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away! Isn’t that Awesome! We are always restocking new items for the special Worthy Chic!
Helpful Information: when returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via USPS.com ). You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
